We're looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Through direct retail event campaigns and our brand awareness educational platform, this position would be responsible for increasing revenue and brand awareness through directly marketing to consumers. The best Retail Sales Associates are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Retail Representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. The ideal candidate should be internally motivated, goal-driven, and target-oriented.

General Responsibilities:

• Assist each customer with potential sign-ups, upgrades, and add or remove services
• Brand Awareness - Maintain a steady knowledge of each brand and product
• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting, every guest every time.
• Building relationships between our consumers and clients
• Willing to represent Fortune 500 clients in a professional manner
• Assist in opening new accounts
• Deliver a great customer experience with each and every customer interaction
• Keep the sales area clean and organized

Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, marketing and other related industries are a plus. Work hours are Monday to Friday 10am-6pm.
