Full description of the position

We are seeking an enthusiastic, results driven team player who possesses the ability to effectively communicate and develop lasting relationships within our industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build a book of business using appropriate prospecting strategies
  • Build trust and rapport with existing and potential clients
  • Implement sales strategies, negotiate and close service agreements with decision makers
  • Identify, qualify and assess client needs to determine suitable services
  • Network and maintain contacts with property owners and/or decision makers
  • Actively pursue diverse revenue channels via existing client base and develop new account referral relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Min of 1 years sales experience
  • Ability to identify key players within an organization and develop a strategy to approach and develop a professional relationship
  • Excellent communication and follow through skills
  • Creative problem solving and objection handling skills
  • A receptive person who sees a challenge as an opportunity for sharpening their skill-set and exploring new ideas.
