We are experiencing rapid growth and seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales Management Trainee in the DMV area.

Our Management Trainee will work directly with our Sales Director and the Sales Reps to ensure the following:

  • Ensuring sales teams reach planned sales goals/quotas
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education

Responsibilities:
As a Sales Rep, you will spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service. Average annual earnings is between $125K - $250K and top performers make upwards of $300K.

What You'll Do:
  • Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
  • Set individual sale targets
  • Track sales goals and report results
  • Promote company products and services
  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
  • In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience
  • Must be self-motivated and results oriented
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Works successfully without requiring close supervision
  • Prior management experience
