Responsibilities

• Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features of the products, what is included in the sale, and what is not)
• Set targets for the personal sales and business development
• Analyze market trends

• Monitor competition and follow current developments
• Motivate sales team to achieve great results

• Find prospective customers and new target segments

Skills

• No experience is needed, but it helps to be a good communicator
• In-depth knowledge is not needed at first, but eagerness to learn is required

• Familiarity with CRM programs is a plus
• Ability to gather and interpret data
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Communication skills

*1st Year Agent Average $75K+ (Top agents $150K+ their 1st year)

*2nd Year Agent $100K + Residual (Top agents $275K + Residual)

*Unlimited income potential & opportunity for professional growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
