Full description of the position

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Assist producers and account executives with service-related tasks and objectives
• Consult directly with clients on their personal insurance needs
• Collect and input data for new business & policy renewals in agency management system and insurance carrier portals
• Identify and evaluate risks & coverages
• Review quotes and policies for accuracy
• Prepare marketing proposals and presentation materials
• Prepare evidence of insurance forms
• Send policies, endorsements, invoices, and other correspondence to clients
• Receive and return calls and emails to clients and insurance carriers
• Properly maintain, scan, and organize paper & electronic files
• Report any service issues or problems to supervisor
• Complete continuing education requirements, as needed
• Complete all other work, as assigned

Qualifications include :

• Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance experience
• Valid Property & Casualty insurance license
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office
• Experience with Applied/Epic
• Professional, friendly demeanor
• High school diploma; college preferred
