We have an immediate opening for a full-time person to handle customer service coordination, inside sales and other related components of a strategic, comprehensive, and effective customer service and inside sales program. Your role will be vital to the achievement of the company’s related goals and your strong customer service and sales skills, enthusiasm and commitment to excellence will guarantee success in this position. You will have much to learn but the opportunity for growth and development in this successful and exciting company is significant.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Enhance and expand Seacoast Uniforms position within assigned accounts using a consultative and in-depth selling at all levels within the account
• Establish and develop customer relationships by evaluating needs and opportunities within customer accounts and communicate to effectively gain customer commitment
• Provide customer with support and proactive services to increase our overall value to the customer
• Maintain and expand knowledge of products, services, and other general information of interest to customers
• Purchasing product for order fulfillment
• Collaborate with all team members to share best practices and drive account growth
• Build high-value, strategic and consultative relationships with critical clients and bring awareness of all products and services
• Document all account activity-always, through our CRM system, Pipedrive
• Perform other related duties as required including order entry and purchasing

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• This position will require effective customer service skills, sales skills and business planning capabilities to execute our strategies to maximize sales performance

• Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing
• Data entry experience and strong computer skills
• Demonstrate the ability to strategically plan for territory growth, including the effective completion of new growth within existing accounts while protecting the current customer products / service provided
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening, presentation)
• CRM system experience is a plus!

Monday-Friday 8:30 A.M – 5:00 P.M. (hours can be flexible and 30-40 hours per week are both acceptable. Your choice!)

Start date: ASAP

Hourly starting rate: $18.00+ per hour to start, depending on experience
