BDC Representative

Jaguar Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Automotive BDC Representative to manage a department handling high-volume inbound customer requests for an exceedingly desired brand with an excellent reputation. We're looking for a person with excellent leadership skills and a passion for the sales process. Our location is closed Sundays and includes the opportunity for advancement in an expanding automotive group.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Meet and exceed established sales goals.
• Attend all necessary/ required trainings whether online or in person
• Maintain professional demeanor and exhibit positive communication skills (verbal and written) and strong work ethic
• Strong Computer skills a must
• Acceptable attendance is mandatory
• Must be able to perform all essential functions and physical demands within a fast-paced work environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• May require regular sitting, standing, squatting or kneeling.
• Able to successfully operate I use phone for communicating
• Able to drive and operate vehicles in a safe manner

Requirements

• Minimum one year automotive sales experience preferred
• A resilient, and highly motivated attitude.
• Verifiable experience with a track record of successful and credible achievements
• Ability to handle incoming online and telephone request, and successfully make appointments.
• Able to analyze data and help develop more effective sales strategies.
• Provide quality customer service while utilizing and training others on reactive/proactive sales techniques.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as lead a high-energy and collaborative environment.
• A resilient, and highly motivated attitude.
• Must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, motor vehicle reports, drug screening and valid driver license check.
