Summary:
In this role, you will provide day-to-day management of RSG brand (Nor-Lake and Master-Bilt) orders, pricing, credits and return processes through analytical and operational support and communication. You will provide a professional level of support to the regional field sales staff and customers by possessing a broad knowledge of products and policies. This role facilitates company goals in the areas of customer satisfaction through BIC Customer Experience during all stages of the sales process, ensuring quality, accuracy while increasing sales revenue and reducing returns and adjustments. This role is critical to building and maintaining customer relationships to increase and sustain RSG's overall competitive advantage.
Examples of Duties:
- Provides sales support to our outside Sales network, specifically Walgreens.
- Processes specific orders and understand process flow.
- Understands customer requirements and assists in selecting appropriate product and specifications.
- Ensures good communication both externally and internally.
- Works closely with Technical Services in troubleshooting problems that are sales and technically related.
- Assists customer with freight damage and initial aftermarket care, process RMAs & ADJs
- May assist with refurbishment, quotations, installation bid requests.
- Informs Supervisor/Manager of customer problems and/or company liability issues.
- Assists in resolving sales or escalated customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
- Provides status of ongoing sales projects and future sales projects to Sales Supervisor/Manager to assist in forecasting, along with escalating potential new business opportunities.
- Identifies company needs and technological opportunities to promote future growth.
- Maintains a clean, safe, organized work area.
- Assist in mentoring new Inside Sales Specialists
- Updates and maintains Walgreen's processes with guidance from the Walgreen's Supervisor
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of customer service standards expected in business-to-business relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes as related to customer service issues.
- Advanced skills in resolving problems under stress and time pressure and conflict.
- Advanced ability to learn a complex product line and understand company systems and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and project management skills.
- A genuine desire to provide excellent customer experience.
- Available for travel up to 10%
- Experience with Walgreens corporate sales processes/procedures is a plus.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Business or equivalent successful experience in a similar industry role
- Experience - 5 Years in Inside Sales or Customer Care
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Epicor preferred.
