Head of Sales, Fixture Stays

Fixture Studio is actively looking for a business professional to drive overall growth and profitability of our Short Term Rental division. This is a leadership position that works across divisions to create a premier employment and client brand on the Western Slope. Our mission is to deliver the unexpected and create a remarkable owner and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement pricing strategy for short term rental properties (revenue management) using dynamic pricing tool

● Work with the Head of Business Development to determine strategy for growing the short term rental (STR) business

● Work with Head of Business Development to create and monitor division reporting/key metrics and analytics

● Monitor industry and market trends, as well as regulations affecting the STR business
● Work with Head of Operations to create and implement a streamlined onboarding process for new owners
● Proactively provide analytics and recommendations for improving owner profitability
● Work with Head of Operations to streamline systems and manage division expenses
● Work with Head of Operations to promote and maximize tools for properties on all listing sites
● Proactively monitor and report on key market/county/state and industry trends
● Proactively monitor and manage STR regulations in all communities we have clients
● Manage, pay and maintain lodging and city/STR taxes and permits
● Manage monthly invoicing (receipt tracking) and monthly owner reports per property
● Cultivate and maintain strong owner relationships to add value to owner and client experiences
● Continually implement way to streamline and improve STR processes
● Cultivate relationships with key vendors; proactively seek new relationships to better company and our owners’ profitability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Grand Junction, CO 81501: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
