LHH Recruitment Solutions partnered with an established firm in Walnut Creek, CA to recruit for a Sales Group Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Group Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client proposals, as well as being the liaison between broker and insurance carriers. This position is temp to hire, full-time, and compensation: $26-$35/hour DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with claim issues, supply requests, membership issues and other services as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Generate client proposals and rate quotes.
• Serve as a liaison between broker and insurance carriers.
• Provide quality service to all brokers/clients to enhance relationships.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly
• Ability to multi-task and respond quickly in a constantly changing environment.

Work schedule: Hybrid: Monday to Friday - regular office hours (Opportunity to Work from Home after training is completed 1 – 2 days per week.)
