We are looking for a candidate to join an industrial lighting store located in Sarasota. Sale Support provide sales assistance to management and inside/outside sales associates.

Full time opportunity, 1st shift

Monday-Friday

Duties:

• Monitor sales performance, achieve profit increase and new customer goals
• Make sales calls as instructed by management
• Set appointments with customers for outside sales
• Prepare, calculate and deliver quotations, estimates, bids, proposals for/to customers
• Assist customers by identifying product and evaluating product operating application and environment
• Cooperate with and support all areas of sales including lighting specialists to maximize sales results
• Process and enter orders
• Research, collect, maintain, enter into company internal computer system and share customer data with coworkers
• Research, learn and teach product marketing and application to coworkers
• Share job knowledge with others as instructed by managers/supervisors
• Serving customers at the Showroom Counter
• Search and acquire new market
• Perform other lawful and safe duties as assigned by managers/supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Speak, understand, read, write and communicate well in English
• Telephone, email and speech courtesy and etiquette
• Using phone and handling multiple phone calls at once
• Basic economics, accounting, financial analysis & auditing
• Math (arithmetic & algebra)
• Email, spreadsheet, word processing, general PC computer skills & min. typing speed 35 words per minute
• Using office equipment, document handling
