Full description of the position

Position Summary

The Florida Complete Care Sales Department is responsible for meeting sales goals and targets as well building and maintaining a network of internal sales agents as well as the external Broker Consultant and Broker Sales Specialist and in the servicing of the external sales channel. The sales coordinator is responsible for creation, analyzing and updating of all spreadsheets and reports as needed by upper management. Perform administrative duties as needed. Maintain internal and external agent files and ensure that all proper documentation is collected. Sales Coordinator will also support the internal sales department as well as the external Broker Consultant and Broker Sales Specialist in the servicing of the external sales channel. This vital role is key in assisting in developing and enhancing relationships with internal and external agent/broker partners; providing consistent follow up of outstanding issues and proactively working towards timely resolution. Role acts as the liaison between the Sales Agents and the Sales Director to ensure critical updates and all required communications are distributed to these partners and serves as the liaison between internal and external partners (Agents, Field Marketing Organizations) and the Sales Director

Essential Functions

1. Assist in the basic/daily operation of the Sales Department.

2. Create reports as requested by management

3. Create and update monthly marketing event and activity log

4. Create and update monthly enrollment and disenrollment reports

5. Partner with the Sales Director to provide reporting and analysis of sales data and production reports

6. Quickly and accurately perform data entry; keep logs, records, and files up-to-date and readily accessible

7. Maintain agent files and communications.

8. Assure Agent contract and credentialing documentation is complete and accurate.

9. Build and sustain positive relationships with partners and the Sales team and partners through direct and indirect communication

10. Support the Sales team by assuring all training is up to date

11. Process expense reimbursements for the Sales department

12. Assisting the Enrollment department to verify member eligibility

13. Communicate information in a clear, well-organized, and professional manner

14. Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

· High School diploma or equivalent

· 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience and or Health insurance/managed care industry preferred.

Required Skills

· Verbal Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present information orally and/or influence others through oral presentation

· Written Communication: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to effectively write and extract information from written material.

· Ability to quickly learn multiple system platforms and comfortably navigate through a variety of Plan and Benefit documents, Provider and Formulary search tools

· Teamwork: Ability to work with People and effectively motivate others to achieve company goals and objectives.

· Ability to quickly establish and maintain strong authentic internal and external partner relationships via phone, email and face to face interactions.

· Microsoft Office applications.

· Effective Highly organized and self-motivated.

· Capable of working independently.

· Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds.

· Sound, current computer and small office management skills. Excellent Excel skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 per hour
