** Expected Earning Range $50,000 - $65,000 per year **

- Hourly plus commission - paid bi-weekly

Full Job Description:

Na Hoku, Hawaii’s finest jeweler since 1924, is Hawaii's oldest and largest retailer

& manufacturer of Hawaiian & Island lifestyle jewelry.

We are seeking professional, highly motivated & enthusiastic salespeople to join our team at Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego. This is a great opportunity to develop a long term career with a growing, family owned and operated company. We have very high standards and are very selective but will provide the right individuals with paid on the job training.

Responsibilities include:

· Exceeding sales quotas

· Providing exceptional customer service by being consistently polite, friendly, and available to assist customers and fellow associates.

· Maintaining your professional development in order to properly present merchandise to our customers.

· Committed to building customer relationships

· Assist in maintaining an attractive store appearance in both cleanliness and product presentation

· Able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings & holidays. The hours and schedule may vary based on business needs

· Working as a team to achieve individual, store & company objectives

· Handling transactions efficiently and accurately

· Maintaining security standards

Desired skills and experience:

· Previous luxury retail sales experience is preferred but not required

· Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers & supervisors

· An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic and high integrity

· Basic computer literacy

· High enthusiasm combined with a positive attitude

· Dedication and drive

Compensation:

· Hourly wage

· Commissions paid bi-weekly on all sales
