Customer Service Sales Specialist for Busy 4x4 Shop

Baldy's is the fastest growing Off-Road Specialty Shop in the Austin - Central Texas area. We pride ourselves on doing things right and being honest with our customers. We are very involved in the local community and have social and off road events on a regular basis.

The Customer Service Sales position is responsible for the counter sales of Baldy’s. The position is responsible for maintaining profitability on sales, exceptional customer relationships with 4x4 enthusiasts and sales records. This person will have knowledge regarding off road vehicles and the parts to make them perform. They are also responsible for attending club meet ups and events to represent the company in a positive manner. As with all positions within our organization, the counter sales position is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

Requirements
Previous automotive experience required
3 Years Customer Service
Ability to Read & Write in English
Ability to Lift 50lbs
Computer Skills - mainly using websites, emails & minimal excel & word
