Role and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Input orders into CRM and ERP
Validate Sales tax and obtain exemption certificates
Obtain discount and terms approvals
Communicate to customers
Work with Sales to obtain pertinent order information
Prepare audit documentation for SOX and internal controls testing
Add customer assets to CRM
Communicate to supply chain new orders
Check inventory control
Learn and understand product catalogue
Assist with ad hoc requests and reporting as necessary
