Sales specialist candidates must have superb customer service skills. They must have the ability to develop knowledge of the local market, prospect for new business and use consultative selling techniques.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a sales environment, preferably including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes and delivering presentations
• OR Two years of customer service experience
• Must obtain Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licensed before beginning employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $82,999.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Spokane, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
• Life Insurance License (Preferred)
