EmployBridge Search Group is currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator in the Westlake Village CA area. The Sales Coordinator will navigate the company's sales to the appropriate departments and sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support to the sales department and also managing the sales process in the ERP system.
• Maintain schedules and providing necessary feedback, documentation and information related to sales order quotes, stock availability and shipping schedules.
• Provide high level of detailed, quality work that meets the company's KPIs in terms of responsiveness and accuracy.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations
• Provide product information and quotes on a timely manner and when requested
• Present Price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and the customer's profile
• Provide information regarding availability of in-stock product
• Maintain and provide information regarding shipment dates and expected date of delivery
• Follow up customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Recognize, document and alert the sales team of trends in customer communications
• Input and manage customer quotations and orders in the ERP
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal regulations
• Ensure that taxes are allocated correctly to orders
• Alert and be proactive on delays or complications and plan strategies to avoid or minimize
• Coordinate with finance and accounting department to follow up payments
• Create and maintain sales statistics and reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or college course a plus
• Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal
• Strong in MS Office Products, proficient in Excel, databases and ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks through project management
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, a plus
• Salary based on experience and education $50,000-$65,000/year
