Julianna Kader Allstate Insurance of Tacoma, WA is hiring for Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:

· Property & Casualty license is preferred, employee must be able to obtain within 30 days of offer date

· At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is required

· Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

· Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening

· Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

· Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:

· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

· Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)

· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

· Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Pay: $36,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
