Sudek USA Inc., founded in 1994, is distributor of high quality promotional products servicing the hospitality and corporate industries. We are looking for a results-driven, energetic, eager, hardworking, detail oriented, motivated indoor sales representatives to sell promotional products to our customers from the hospitality and corporate industries. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs
• Follow up with existing customers for reorders and identify opportunities to cross-sell products based on their needs
• Meet and/or exceed sales goals
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Contact vendors daily for updated status on current orders
• Keep up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends
• Generate weekly sales reports for future forecasting
• Utilize QuickBooks for order processing such as creating estimates and purchase orders (preferred, but not necessary)

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales or customer service
• High School Diploma
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills (preferred)
• Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working in fast-paced environment
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook) (preferred)
• Familiarity with QuickBooks (preferred)

Full time. Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Salary $22.00 per hour plus 2% commission.
