Renhill is currently seeking a Healthcare Staffing/Business Development Manager for our newest division, Renhill Healthcare on Demand.

The individual in this position would perform the job duties of an Account Manager while also serving as an immediate supervisor to the Account Managers, Account Associates, and Recruiters on the team.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and managing the filling of open orders within the department
• Developing a recruitment plan to address the immediate needs of clients while continuing to build a pool of qualified candidates
• Sales and business development (cold calling included)
• Acting as a main point of contact for clients
• Handling escalated concerns and complaints from applicants, employees, and/or clients
• Recruiting, training, and building the team
