Summary
We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team! The SAE will manage project activity for multiple clients. Partnering with account leads, our goal is to deliver successful results while building and growing meaningful relationships with all parties. This person will be a strong collaborator and drive key accounts to achieve continued success.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and tactical day-to-day leadership between client and internal teams
• Manage and adapt to agency/client objectives and expectations striving to solve business issues
• Assist with the financial process including estimates, budgets, and billing
• Work with the Project Management team on staffing, scoping, and timelines
• Update status reports and effectively lead client status calls

Requirements

• 4-6 years of Account Management experience, agency experience is a plus!
• Experience supporting digital projects is preferred
• Word, Excel, and Powerpoint skills are essential; working knowledge of agency billing software is a plus
• Understanding of agency strategic and project management processes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; is an active listener
