About the Position:
Premier is a highly respected brokerage in the industry; therefore, we are seeking a sales Manager with high standards, refined personal skills and a drive for excellence. Because we are known in the industry for delivering quality service to our manufacturers and customers and delivering results; we are looking for a self-motivated individual that will uphold our reputation. Overall, the Bakery Sales Manager will present and sell products to Retail bakery buyers and will work simultaneously with internal management, manufactures and customers to meet mutual sales goals.
About the Role and Responsibilities:
- Overall Bakery knowledge of products to match needs of customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer and manufacturers
- Identifies and locate new opportunities for sales within our existing portfolio
- Develop and implement strategies for sales in assigned region of customers
- Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the bakery industry
- Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to customers
- Assist manufactures to negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements
- Collaborate with manufactures to forecast customers’ orders
- Ensure customer orders are shipped complete, on time and distributed properly
- Prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to manager
- Work with team to perform other duties as assigned
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales budget
- Manage, develop, coach, and motivate store support personnel
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and maintain a good relationship
- Develop and implement an annual plan for prospecting and opening new accounts
- Travel to meet with customers or manufactures will be required on occasion
Qualifications and requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Organized with attention to detail and follow through
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Sales Experience along with Bakery experience
- Travel to meet with customers or manufactures will be required on occasion

Education: High school (or higher)
Experience: Minimum 5 years Sales experience required
