Qualifications:

• Previous Retail Selling Experience is a PLUS!
• Many different personalities, experiences, and college majors will fit the home specialist position
• Ability to communicate effectively is a must
• Willingness to learn a proven selling system and a high level of customer service required
• Knowledge of general principles of home decor and design, including furniture, accents, color schemes, etc. necessary
• Computer literacy required
• Ability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends required

The Sales Pitch:

• Paid Sales training for new Sales associates.
• Commission based with Guaranteed hourly rate for all Sales Associates.
• NO Sales Draw to be paid back to the company.
• Make up to 10% commission.
