What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an HVAC Systems Specialist to serve our residential customers!

This is an exciting role that allows you to be mentored by Master Trainers as you step into the life of in-home HVAC sales rep! You will be doing thorough evaluations of customers' homes (involving heat load calculations, infrared and static pressure measuring, airflow analysis, and more) to present comprehensive options on new systems.

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Present options on every call and assist the customer in making the best decision for their home and their family
• Are familiar with aspects of the HVAC Installation process
• Run airflow tests, heat load calculations
• Stay organized and precise with numbers and testing
• Demonstrates proper and safe use of tools and related equipment

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must have a current driver's license and clean background
• MUST HAVE PRIOR RESIDENTIAL HVAC SALES EXPERIENCE
• Outstanding communication and professional presentation
• Physically able to crawl in attics
• Able to perform occasional manual labor of hauling equipment
• Experience in residential HVAC Service or Install or Sales strongly preferred
• Quick learner, driven to succeed with the discipline to follow through
• Flexible schedule (which involves working evenings & weekends to best serve our customers)
• Must be prepared to show previous sales statistics
