Saw Mill Club is a club that fosters a luxury fitness lifestyle and service to match. We offer high end design and state-of-the art equipment, providing the ultimate health and fitness experience which includes hot yoga classes, superior group exercise programming, a cutting edge tennis program, an aquatics center, and elite personal training staff.

We are seeking experienced Membership Sales Specialists to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Increase overall membership and revenue for the club through tours, presentations, telephone inquiries and internal and external lead generation within the membership base and community.
• Proficient in company presentation methods in order to discover prospective member’s fitness goals, their motivation for joining, and using objections as opportunities to increase prospect-to-join ratio.
• Generate required number of contacts and execute new memberships to achieve assigned individual and team goals.
• Develop relationships with new members to make the club part of their lives, get solid referrals, and create a community within the club.
• Partner with and provide support for other Membership Team members.

Qualifications:

• Confident in ability to succeed in a goal-based, performance driven, high effort environment.
• Friendly and engaging personality
• Wants to help change lives through fitness
• Must have a minimum of two years of high-end sales experience.
• Prior sales experience in the health and fitness field is a plus.
• Must be passionate about the health and fitness industry.
• Ability to develop a rapport and build relationships with prospective members.
• Passionate about developing relationships with members and prospective members.
• Strong needs analysis, presentation and closing skills.
• Proficient in overcoming objections and turning them into opportunities.
• Proactive in lead generation; both inside the club and out in the community at community events, corporate outreach, and business-to-business.
• A team player with a high level of integrity.
• Willing to be flexible with time to get the job done.
• Proficient in computer and data entry skills.
