Digital Business Development Manager/Internet Manager in Lake Charles, LA
Navarre Auto Group has an outstanding opportunity for an onsite customer-oriented, energetic, results-driven, and professional Internet Sales Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring an extraordinary client experience while creating a long-lasting relationship. The Internet Sales Manager is extremely knowledgeable about our vehicles and services, the automotive industry, and our market, including vehicle selection,, and provide full customer service experience for both new and used vehicle inventories via Social Media and Internet Marketing trends.
The ideal candidate has an experience of sales experience, excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. He or she must be self-motivated with a willingness to continuously support employees, managers, upper management, and of course our large customer base across multiple dealerships. This includes social media, web development, communicating with our 3rd party vendors and website support teams. There will always been continuous training and weekly meetings to make sure everything is communicated, and issues are resolved in an immediate fashion. Constant monitoring of our software and Internet Leads that can lead to prospects and customers.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to meet, maintain, and/or exceed Internet Sales via a web-based CRM and varies ways of communication (phone, Internet, Email, etc).
- Monitors, Track, and respond to all Internet leads (referral services and website) via a CRM and other web-based tools.
- Help maintain and respond to customers via Facebook Pages and Google My Business.
- Develops buyers by building a strong rapport with customers and work to achieve a long-lasting relationship for the dealership and the sales professionals.
- Work in partnership with the 3rd Party Vendors, on site Sales Teams, F&I Teams, Sales Managers, Used Car Managers, and Executives to resolve any Internet and Internal Issues across the Navarre Auto Group.
- Provide sales management analysis by completing reports weekly and monthly.
- Train and communicate with Director of Business Development and Sales Teams with web based and mobile applications along with user issues.
- Train new personnel and maintain training for current sales force to Chevrolet, Cadillac, Hyundai, Honda, Nissan, GMC, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Chrysler standards.
- Various other onsite and off-site job-related duties as assigned and needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $48,000.00 per year
