Now Hiring - Equipment Sales Manager in Springfield, OH

Job Description: Responsible for selling short load concrete mixers and striping machines. The short load concrete mixers are smaller (2-3.5 yard) concrete trucks where a CDL for the driver is not required. The striping machines entail both walk behind stripers for parking lots and larger trucks for striping roads. Customers tend to be contractors, municipalities and other types of customers.

Job Duties: Learn the market and work with our marketing team. Be able to develop new customers and markets for the two product lines. Must also maintain current customers and address their needs.

Job Qualifications: Must be familiar with capital equipment. Self starter with a strong work ethic. Must be able to work in team environment. Must have high integrity and a sense of urgency and a passion for excellence. Additional skills: excellent communication. Must be familiar with CRM systems.

Job Requirements: Previous experience in capital equipment and CRM experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
