Job Summary:

Fersa - NKE Bearings North America, Northwood (OH) is looking for a North American Junior Sales Engineer.

The successful candidate will be an instrumental part to continue our expansion in North America. Working closely with the HQ in Spain and Austria, the individual will lead the generation of new aftermarket business. The position will lead in the creation of a $50 million operation within the next three years.

Candidates should have their BA/BS degree. 1-2 years of previous B2B sales experience is preferred; however, we are looking for someone with the right attitude and energy which will be sufficient in lieu of experience. An entrepreneur style and a start-up enthusiasm are the ideal qualities in the candidate for this position. This opportunity could be considered a career accelerator.

General responsibilities:

· Each month you’ll be expected to hit budget and have the opportunity to exceed sales utilizing an array of methods from networking, exploring existing relationships, engaging decision makers and key influences, cold calling, etc.

· Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the company value proposition to enhance business opportunities.

· Work directly in the field to research and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of growth.

· Serve as an industry expert to educate decision makers and build rapport by keeping up with the latest trends to break down barriers and close sales.

· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

· Works closely with the Sales Engineer and assists in projects where they are needed.

Successful Candidate will have:

· Sound technical education with high level of sales drive.

· A proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.

· Previous digital sales experience with a history of success with customers.

· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and fast-growing environment.

· Great people skills and sales ability.

· Entrepreneurial drive and creative thinking.

· Willingness to travel (min 30 %) and locate in the Northwest Ohio area.
