About the role:
To be successful in this role, must possess an ability to create an initial rapport over the phone with potential home buyers, generate new sales leads in the community. Our commitment to creating a World Class Customer Experience is unparalleled in the housing industry. The Sales Associate will be responsible for closing the sale of Mobile Homes and RVs by meeting with prospective buyers, entering new visitor registration cards into the prospect tracking system, showing inventory of all homes (Mobile, RV and Travel Trailers) submitting new applications for approval, and taking the necessary steps to facilitate closings on deals in progress. we take pride in ensuring that all potential homeowners receive a high level of customer service from the time they visit our Home Center all the way through to the time they take ownership of their New Home/RV.
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Previous success with MHU, traditional home, automotive, and RV sales a plus
- Professional closing skills that are consistently top notch
- Clear and concise communication and the ability to skilfully ask questions that uncover customer needs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to use a CRM
- A willingness to continuously learn and improve
- Self-Confident, self-motivated with good presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and build your network of business
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- Confident ability to leverage your professional sales skills to execute a consistent and successful sales process
- Manage leads and sales goals through proficient usage of CRM
- Commit to being an industry expert that will better assist home buyers in making an exciting and logical choice
- Professionally present model options, features, benefits, and acquisition options.
- Deliver a “Best in Class” experience with attention to detail and follow through
