Full description of the position

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information and resolving any sales issues or complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Process orders, manage, develop and maintain relationships with retailer customers
• Guide and process customer orders in a fast-paced environment using Quickbook
• Help customers navigate the website and place orders online.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record keeping on customer account within our customer service database
• Computer skills – MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Web Browsers and other web-based CRM Tools

Qualifications:

• Honest and reliable
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
• Computer savvy (Excel, Word, Outlook/Google, PowerPoint)
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
