We are a family owned & operated, award winning, growing Farmers Insurance Agency in Santee. We are very hands-on, extremely detailed, fast pasted, and take excellent care of our clients.

This is a Sales and Service position.

REQUIREMENTS

• CA P&C and Life Licenses
• Open availability (must be able to work until 6pm)
• At least 1 year Farmers Insurance Experience
• At least 2 years Insurance Sales Experience
• Ability to make out bound sales calls to warm and hot prospects
• Able to resolve client issues in a positive, respectful, and friendly manner at all times
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work closely with other team members
• Able to follow directions and agency procedures
• Possess strong organizational skills including attention to detail and follow up capabilities
• Proficient in operating personal computers and routine computations and also in Microsoft Windows applications

Compensation is comprised of a base salary, plus individual new business commission, renewals, and bonuses.
