We are looking for an energetic, seasoned Director of Sales for our Wyndham Hotel in Noblesville, IN.

This dynamic sales professional will offer one point of contact to our corporate clients. He or she will have a great understanding of the necessity to develop relationships with clients, and aggressive proactive outside sales. Will be a great team player who provides an exceptional client and guest experience.

Position details include, but are not limited to:

* Possess great knowledge of market, corporate demand generators, and competition

* Have a great understanding of hotelligence and other prospecting intelligence tools

* Qualify accounts, evaluate demand, conduct displacement analysis, negotiate contracts and maximize revenue

* Answer RFPs

* Continuously prospect for new accounts

* Host and entertain clients. Plan and execute client events

* Meet weekly and monthly sales goals

* Partner with operations team to ensure full participation in servicing accounts and providing guests with an exceptional experience

* Works with General Manager and Vice President of sales to create and implement sales action plans and strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals

* Have a great understanding of inventory and revenue management

Candidate must:

* Be professional and highly self-motivated with the ability to execute initiatives quickly

* Work well with others, or independently

* Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and oral

* Have knowledge of SalesPro

* Knowledge of North Indianapolis/Noblesville/Westfield market is highly favorable

* Have a proven track record of developing and maintaining long term business relationships

SALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE
