Immediate hiring for a fast paced fireplace distributor seeking outgoing individual to greet our dealers with a smile. Must be able to multi task and have computer skills. You will be answering inbound calls, placing orders, organizing orders, greeting our customers & working on ebay and online retail websites. We are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn and grow our sales.

Requirements:

• Team oriented
• Answer inbound phone calls, placing orders in system
• Making outbound calls to follow up on customers
• Providing efficient, exceptional customer service
• Ability to interact well with the customer via phone and email
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all time

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Full company benefits after 90 days.
