Join The Plattner Automotive Group Team! We are hiring Automotive Sales Associates with or without experience. We are willing to train the right people. We guarantee $40,000 a year salary plus commision. The sky’s the limit when you work in Sales for one of the fastest growing automotive groups in Florida as well as one of the most forward-thinking, progressive automotive groups in the industry.

Responsibilities Include

• Review online vehicle inventory daily to ensure accuracy on dealer website and 3rd party websites. Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Respond and engage with online and in-store sales inquiries using our CRM tool, online chat, email, text, phone and Social Media.
• Learn to film brief vehicle overview videos and send to Guest for their vehicle(s) of interest.
• Schedule Guest’s showroom visit, test drive, and prepare their vehicle(s) of interest prior to arrival.
• Continue Guest engagement until the purchase transaction is closed.
• Learn how to prospect for new business using dealership database and networking activities to identify potential sales opportunities and develop personal “book” of repeat business.
• Update and manage Guest profiles in dealership database.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

• Company-paid training for new candidates.
• Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in the areas of product knowledge and technology.
• Prior automotive or retail sales experience not required.
• Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.
• Exceptional Guest service skills and desire to achieve CSI scores above manufacturer requirements.
• Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Present a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
