The sales associate is expected to be running 15-20 company scheduled, residential floor coatings in-home "design consultation" each week. With residential coatings, you will take measurements of the project, gather timeline and specifics needs from the homeowner, and lay out the next steps to get them on the production schedule. You will follow our sales methodology and help “to provide an excellent service that creates a lasting impression” for each potential customer. With floor coatings you will meet with homeowners and business owners, present information about our concrete coating solutions, follow our sales methodology, and use the tools and resources we have to close deals and make sales!

Reports to: Sales Manager

Your Role Expectations:

• Conduct 15-20 estimates a week

• Full-time, but must be very flexible. Some evening and weekend availability is required.

• Punctual to all meetings and appointments

• Follow the Select Painting dress code

• Customer Retention Software (CRM) is updated daily

• Communicate clear details of the project to the customers and to the production team

• Respond to customers within 1 business day

• Follow up with customers after estimates

• Helping attitude to drive Select Painting towards their goal and to achieve your own

personal goals

• 1 on 1’s weekly with the Sales Manager

• Annual on-site production training

• Attendance required at home shows/sales events

• Generating 10% of your own leads

Your Role Responsibilities:

• Residential painting and floor coatings estimating

• Management of all leads handed to the Sales Associate. From the initial setup call to appointments, to follow-up, to booked and customer service requests

• Infield support to crew with jobs booked by Sales Associate

• Winter Projects support and execution (marketing strategies, shop/office support, etc.)

• Networking and promoting Select Painting in the community

• Building relationships with other business owners

Your Job Specifics:

? Full time, but very flexible. Some evenings and weekend availability is required.

? Base salary plus commission and bonuses.

? 90% of your time will be conducting company set appointments. This is NOT a cold calling environment, however, the ability to network, ask for referrals, and find creative ways to grow our (and your) business is encouraged and expected. For example, participation in a BNI or similar business networking group is effective, developing a "pipeline" of commercial, industrial, and related prospects is also expected.

Requirements - Must have in-home sales experience or a history of residential sales.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: - $40,000- $175,000 a year

• Details - $4000 a month - 9% of a sold job. Will give a 3 month runway to get started and will work towards a full commision role. Sales people will be responsible for their own car, tablets and cell phone. All sales tools will be given to Sales Associate to assist with the selling process of in-home sales.
