Weston Dean Custom Homes is rapidly expanding and just opened in the 1st quarter 2018, four additional million dollar plus model homes that are one of a kind in the custom home market!

Are you a detail oriented person with great real estate sales and service skills? Would you enjoy assisting clients in designing their custom dream home? If so, Weston Dean Custom Homes is currently seeking a talented individual for our sales counselor role who will have the following roles and responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at model homes
• Set appointments and meet clients
• Contact potential clients via client phone calls and email communication
• Enter customer questionnaires cards daily into a database
• Ensure model homes are equipped and ready for showroom quality presentation
• Organize and present company marketing materials
• Order office supplies and marketing material for model homes

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of real estate sales experience
• Architectural plan knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional in demeanor with a focus on honesty, integrity, and a solid work ethic
• Exceptional listening skills
• Dedication to make daily phone follow up calls to prospective clients

A successful Sales Counselor can have earnings over $150,000 per year.

Must be able to work weekends and some Holidays.
