Full description of the position

Gross Electric is seeking friendly motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about design and lighting to provide excellent customer service while selling lighting solutions, decorative hardware, and other home decor.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist walk-in customers in finding the right lighting solution and other home decor.
• Establish, develop and maintain excellent relationships with all existing and prospective customers.
• Perform showroom maintenance such as merchandising, inventory and organization.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design in order to drive sales and provide outstanding customer assistance.
