Gabriel Gonzalez Insurance Agency is looking for a Bilingual Customer Services & Sales Representative.

We are a multi-line Farmers Insurance Agency in a growing industry. This position offers great career growth for the person who has worked in customer service and a sales environment.

Compensation: $25,000-35,000 a year (Base plus COMMISSIONS!!!)

Job Description:

- Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns

- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call

- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies

- Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers

Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Detail oriented, fast learner and self starter

- Flexible schedule, willing to work over-time and weekends

- Insurance License REQUIRED or MUST be obtained within 90 days.
