Independent insurance firm is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our growing team. Humble to be nominated as a “Best Places to Work” in Phoenix and honored to be awarded and recognized as “Best Practices Agency” in Arizona. P&C License Required.

The Personal Lines Account Executive will be responsible for:

• Servicing an existing book of business
• Retaining existing business
• Conducting market research and cross-selling
• Ability to navigate various carrier websites
• Learn and be able to professionally present our products and services
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with prospects and clients
• Effectively develop and manage relationships with carrier partners
• Promoting and growing our company

The best candidate for this position will have:

• Minimum 3 years experience; independent insurance agency preferred
• Excellent decision making and problem solving
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize workflow
• Previous experience in AMS 360
• Knowledge of insurance and brokerage business
• Computer software knowledge with Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Compensation Package:

• Competitive salary - $45,000 - $65,000 per year including commission
