Position: Sales Representative at Pop’s Coastal Boutique

Reports to:Bou-Tiki Manager, General Manager, and Floor Managers

Pop's "Bou-Tiki" is a coastal boutique located inside the locally-owned and managed waterfront restaurant, Pop's Sunset Grill and Tiki Bar.

Pop’s management and ownership is 100% committed to guest satisfaction. All guests are warmly greeted and acknowledged. Guests that leave with great experiences are vital to the growth and expansion of the Pop’s brand. They are significantly more likely to become repeat guests and offer recommendations to potential guests.

Job Description (includes but not limited to):

• Interact and assist guests with the entire purchasing process from merchandise selection to checkout.

• Daily set-up and take-down.

• Continuous attainment of product knowledge to provide excellent customer service with a great attitude.

• Direct assistance to the Bou-Tiki Manager to drive sales, process store deliveries, motivate staff and organize/visually merchandise inventory.

Job Requirements (includes but not limited to):

• One year or more of retail experience demonstrating excellent customer service.

• Money handling skills and experience with Point-Of-Sale payment systems.

• Lifting and restocking capabilities.

• Ability to work in an open-air environment and stand during scheduled shifts.

• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor when dealing with staff and customers.

• Be able to work with coworkers in a close environment.'

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
