Essential Duties/Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with experience selling into large retail/enterprise accounts who is partner-oriented, organized, and a self-starter. If you are looking for a company to deliver an innovative and relevant solution to major retail clients, while “rolling up your sleeves” to get the job done, this opportunity may be perfect for you. We are seeking a motivated person to sell and deploy or smart locker package management solutions to large retail customers. This individual will provide valuable knowledge and insight into the retail trends and needs including Buy On-line Pick Up in Store (BOPIS) or in smart lockers (BOPIL). This position will work for our EVP of NORAM Retail and Open Network to ensure that our entire value proposition is being communicated and deliverables are executed for the sales process to continue to progress.
Work in conjunction with the EVP and Director of Retail Sales to target and close additional large retail accounts
Develop relationships with key contacts/partners within targeted retail accounts
Leverage consultative sales approach with clients focused on solving their challenges including pitching Open Network as part of an overall solution.
Present workflow and process flow options to clients, effectively guiding them through a solution that effectively addresses their priorities
Prepare and present sales collateral, presentations, and price quotes customized to each retailer based on their unique needs
Manage deliverables for accounts and opportunities in order to ensure client expectations are met
Leverage Salesforce and other sales tools in order to track your progress and increase efficiency
Ability to generate customer leads, supporting prospecting efforts while overseeing existing opportunity accounts
Required Skills & Experience
3 – 5 years in a commissioned sales position with a track record of successfully selling into the retail market
4 Year College Degree
Experience creating valuable relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging a consultative sales approach
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage projects to keep key initiatives on track
Ability to generate leads, supporting prospecting efforts while overseeing existing opportunity accounts
Proactively progress sales opportunities so they can be efficiently closed
Historical experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to work in a fast paced, team-focused atmosphere
Salesforce CRM and Hubspot experience a plus
