Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Develop relationship-building strategies to achieve sales, conversion, and profit goals
• Develop leads by identifying architects, timber framers, contractors, and potential homeowners in the focus area
• Contact and develop relationships with potential clients
• Cultivate leads from web contacts and incoming calls
• Search out potential projects, meet with clients, and close contracts
• Conduct high-value face-to-face sales visits
• Conduct education seminars for architects and engineers to educate them about our products
• Sell Structural Insulated Panel Packages
• Sell Panel Installation and Construction Services
• Represent the Company at trade shows and meetings
• Mine past contacts and customers for new sales
• Regular travel required

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• 3 years of successful sales experience in related product
• High energy/Self Motivated/enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organized with timely follow-up
• Good listening skills
• Works well with a team
• Ethical and trustworthy
• Knowledge of construction materials and building process
• Can read blueprints and job specifications
• Knowledge of Structural Insulated Panels is very helpful.
• Knowledge of Construction is very helpful
