Now hiring a dedicated Red Bull Sales Supervisor that is excited about working closely with Driver-Sell Sales Reps to grow the business and develop our team!

Red Bull Sales Supervisor Job Details:

• Responsible for the overall growth of sales volume of products we distribute
• Provides day to day direction of duties as performed by designated sales staff
• Builds and cultivates account relationships in the market
• Manages team to achieve sales objectives and achieve established KPIs
• Manages disciplinary actions to ensure compliance with Company Policies
• Hires, trains and manages a full team of Red Bull Driver-Sell representatives
• Works closely with Operations to ensure exceptional competitive service levels in the market
• Manage inventory control processes with sales staff effectively
• Monday through Friday with availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as business demands.
• Safely operate personal vehicle with company required insurance
• $52k - $56k which includes bonus opportunities

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the distributor industry as well as core competency in account development and promotions
• Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
• Previous experience managing or supervising sales staff
• Can demonstrate outstanding presentation and persuasive sales abilities
• Professional individual who can demonstrate strong leadership
• Has outstanding communication skills
• Performance development and goal orientated accountability skills
• Leads by example, can-do/will-do attitude
• Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds
• Pre-employment drug testing and background check required
• Acceptable motor vehicle record, reliable transportation and minimum required liability insurance per company
