The Financial Services Representative’s responsibilities include providing sound financial advice to clients, cross-selling our products and services where possible, and attending various training programs as required.

To be successful as a Financial Services Representative, you must have a strong understanding of financial market terminologies and possess a solid understanding of the current marketing condition. You are expected to build rapport with clients and continually meet or exceed sales goals.

Financial Services Representative Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings with prospective clients to discuss their financial needs and goals.

• Collect pertinent client information to provide financial products and services that align with clients' financial situations and risk appetite.

• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals.

• Cold-calling potential clients to inform them of the various financial products and services on offer.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of our financial products to advise clients accordingly.

• Hit minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales metrics.

Financial Services Representative Requirements:

• Appropriate state licensure or interest in obtaining it.
