Are you a licensed insurance sales representative - or are soon to be licensed - and are looking to work in a dynamic insurance agency? Do you dream of having equity ownership in an Agency? Maybe you're stuck in a dead end agency or compensation track with no future! slaving away for someone else? If so I'm looking for YOU - an agent/producer who is skilled and willing to work hard ... and I'm willing to pay you for your efforts ... and in the long run willing to offer equity based on time and performance. I own a Redmond Farmers Insurance agency and I'm seeking a Licensed Customer Service Rep/Producer to be a potential partner in my Agency!

Job Duties include:

• Meeting or exceeding weekly/monthly sales quota for auto, home, life and other products
• Cross-selling various insurance products to existing Farmers customers
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals
• Finalizing the sales process originally started by the agent or producer
• Performing various administrative office tasks necessary to maintain organization of customer records
• Providing an excellent service experience to customers and prospective customers

Job Requirements:

• Possess or will possess Washington P & C and Life Insurance Licenses• High School Diploma or higher
• 1-2 years of insurance customer service experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Sales experience with proven cold calling skills• Ability to multi-task
• Self starter• Team player• Bilingual a plus ... Hindi, Mandarin/Cantonese ... or ???
• No Age Bias Here ... young and older prospects will be considered!!!

This is a growing Farmers Agency so candidates that show ability to provide positive contributions to the development of the business will be considered. Pay will be commensurate with the level of effective contribution.

Starting Monthly Pay:
$2,500 + Commission Split (If new to Farmers, Split after meeting New Business Requirements)

Required experience:• Insurance Sales: 1 year + (the more the better, but passion and drive is the most important aspect of a GREAT employee/future partner)
