We are seeking a Sales Superstar!Earn $50,000 if you're average, $60,000 if you're good and $75,000+ if you're great. This is in the insurance industry, but we hire star performers, not backgrounds. Young or old. . . if you have the stuff, we'll know. Will train someone who has everything we want. Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments.Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer. Come and build your own empire within our fine, progressive company. We have a superb reputation and need real stars to bring in the best accounts.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty

• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess aproperty & casualty insurance license (Florida 220 Insurance Licenseor 440). We can help you get licensed!
