Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and measure department activities
• Assist customers with vehicle purchases, financing, and ancillary products
• Organizing deliveries and closings
• Value trade ins
• Promote sales volume
• Develop sales staff
• Establish monthly goals for the sales department
• Record and report sales performance
• Determine needed programs for sales team

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous Automotive Sales and management experience
