Details*:

• Wage: $22+ per hour + bonuses, DOE

• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 5:30pm

A Day in the Life*:

• Assist the Marketing team with the processing of resident move-ins and move-outs

• Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries from prospective and current residents and their families about the community and services provided with a polite and professional demeanor

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents and their family throughout the move-in/out process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience

• Provide detailed and engaging property tours, using sales skills to highlight amenities and services provided at Chateau

• Process security deposits and assist with lease-related paperwork as needed

Requirements*:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferred

• 1 or more years of administrative experience

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

• Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred but not required

• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook ) is required

• Ability to read, write and speak English

• Must pass a Department of Social and Health Services background check (some negative actions are acceptable)
