Sales - Lifestyle Consultant (Massage Heights Novato) part-time, must be able to work a variety of shifts. But currently we are looking for someone that can provide approximately 32 - 40 hours. Additional shifts and times are available, if interested.

We are looking for people who can work in a variety of potential shifts. Let us know what days will work for you. We are interested in talking to you if you are flexible. Our shifts are consistent and will not normally change, but we will ask you to add shifts temporarily for vacation coverage.

We are looking for experienced people who like to sell. If you are outgoing, friendly, and like to deal and talk to people, then you are a great fit for us. We are looking for people who like to meet new people, sell them memberships, and would like to make extra dollars in commissions. Based on our commission structure you could potentially earn as much as an extra $1,000 in monthly earnings through the sales of new memberships.

Massage Heights Sales Associate Compensation will scale based on performance. Starting salary will range from $18 - $22 depending on your ability to meet specific sales targets each month. With commissions the pay will range from $25 - $35/hour. Please note that we pay bonus and commission on memberships, retail, and meeting specific monthly goals.

Compensation can climb significantly based on team performance goals. Massage Heights is looking for only one or two career-minded, outgoing, people-oriented, sales professionals for immediate employment in our very popular Retreat at Hamilton Marketplace located in Novato, CA.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this position you are responsible for producing consistent monthly sales by enrolling prospective members in our massage wellness programs. This role entails delivering top-notch customer satisfaction in a professional, therapeutic massage/facial environment. Must be able to think on your feet and help guests understand the benefits of massage/facial therapeutic services.

Duties include:

• Manage the customer experience from beginning to end
• Must like to sell and enjoy selling to the public
• Provide excellent service to members/guests
• Maintain high standards for customer service
• Answer phone calls, make appointments, greet members/guests
• Sell retail products and memberships
• Ability to exceed challenging performance goals by converting prospects to members
• Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member maintenance, reminder calls to clients
• Perform data entry for a variety of tasks specifically client records and surveys
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas
• Help to do laundry during busy times.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to pass a background check
• History of consistent and extended work experience, with supporting references
• Transportation and a valid Driver's License
• Knowledge of Zenoti is a plus or selling in a retail environment
• HS diploma required
