Marsh is seeking Senior Account Executive/Senior Vice President in captive insurance company management unit. Remote work from any location in the US, is possible. Top locations include, Delaware, Utah or DC

We will count on you to:

  • Train, mentor and oversee performance management for a department, coordinating workload of team members including Senior Account Managers leading client relationships, and ensuring teams are appropriately deployed to meet client needs.
  • Financial responsibility for a portfolio of 50-100 captive insurers.
  • Utilize expertise to supervise, and sometimes perform, critical client functions, including evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines and related to accounting and insurance regulatory compliance.
  • Help establish the growth and retention strategy for account team and monitor implementation. Duly monitor the retention of business and generation of new business.
  • Ensure the success of relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
  • Serve as a client contact and responds to more complex client needs and questions to improve the client experience.
  • Serve as a thought leader within the organization and comply with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $120,100 to $256,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
